Kim's practice includes transactional work focusing on business formations, corporate governance, contracts, real estate, and other commercial law areas as well as acting as legal counsel and consultant for local firms. She also likes to help clients with their estate and succession planning needs. Prasanna Lachagari

Prasanna earned her Masters of Architecture from Boston Architectural College in 2019, where she received commendations of excellence for Master’s thesis which investigated how architecture can help heal racism through self-reflection and promoting positive interactions. Today she is the Design Director at SDI Architecture in Boston, MA, as well as a Founding Partner of SDI Design India in her hometown of Hyderabad.

Jay is a lifelong farmer, who studied at the French Academy of Culinary Arts and was trained by some of the very best chefs in the world. Chef Jay started his culinary training as an apprentice to Pierre Gagnier in France. And, before joining Warfield, Chef Jay held Executive Chef positions at the Hotel Donatello’s Portobello and Tadich Grill — which received a James Beard Award under his direction — the Bella Fresca Restaurant in Berkeley, and the Big Water Grille Restaurant in Nevada. He opened his own restaurant Le Bistro and later partnered on the Wolf House Restaurant, a Michelin-rated restaurant.
